A September to Remember
A September to Remember...
Santa Rosa shines bright all summer long, but September is especially vibrant around the urban heart of Sonoma County.
Blue skies, ample sunshine, and late summer celebrations are quintessential to September in Santa Rosa. Hike, mountain bike, or ride horseback on miles of trails in Annadel State Park, soak in warm afternoons that transition to cooler evenings, enjoy farm-to-table culinary offerings, and taste world-class craft beer and wine. The happening hub boasts incredible art courtesy of Sonoma County Art Trails, a stacked performance lineup at the Luther Burbank Center for the Performing Arts, sip delicious varietals and mingle at Wine & Sunsets on Wednesday evenings at Paradise Ridge Winery or celebrate the transition to fall in Downtown Santa Rosa at Open & Out’s End of Summer Block Party.
Below is a snapshot of these exciting September happenings.
Wine & Sunsets at Paradise Ridge Winery
Lucky for fans of wine and sunsets (we specialize in both here in Santa Rosa) because this year September’s calendar features 5 Wednesday evenings! Guests can purchase Paradise Ridge Winery’s artisan wines from Rockpile and the Russian River Valley appellations while enjoying gourmet local food trucks, live music, and fantastic wine country sunsets!
Tickets are available online in advance. With limited seats, tickets tend to sell out, so it is recommended that you purchase your tickets early. Due to the outdoor nature of this event, you are encouraged to bring sun hats and warm layers.
Paradise Ridge Winery is a family-owned and operated business fueled by a love of wine, art, and community. Each bottle of wine made by Paradise Ridge Winery supports its core value of human connection. Their wines are crafted to bring pleasure to food and friends and become an experience that evolves into a memorable story. The multi-faceted estate offers an unforgettable Sonoma County wine country experience. Guests can savor their vineyard-designated wines while taking in sweeping Russian River Valley views and exploring their outdoor sculpture grove.
