Ah, Valentine’s Day. It’s a midwinter’s day of romantic love, exchanging cards, flowers, candies, and heartfelt expressions of affection. In honor of the most romantic day of the year, we have assembled a list of some of our favorite Sonoma County-centric Valentine’s Day activities; exceptional winery tasting experiences, memorable restaurants, sinful desserts, one-of-a-kind wine country activities, couples getaways, and of course, shopping.

Hanna Winery Valentine's Weekend: Wine & Food Luncheon
Enjoy this exclusive wine and food pairing event at Hanna's estate villa in Alexander Valley. Featuring Chef Heidi West, the winery welcome parties of 2 to 6 for a seated, three course farm to table luncheon complete with curated wine pairings.
Restaurants
TIPS Roadside: Eat your heart out! and enjoy a special Prix Fixe menu with your loved one. The evening will start with a glass of champagne and a Cobb salad. Your entrée is a choice of Smoked Chicken or Smoked Prime rib. Sides include creamed spinach, smoked mushrooms, baked potatoes sourdough rolls. Finishing your meal with a delicious red velvet cake.
John Ash Co.: John Ash & Co., nestled next to Vintners Resort in Santa Rosa was the first Sonoma County restaurant to introduce the concept of cooking with seasonal, locally sourced foods and produce while pairing exceptional recipes with wines from the region. John Ash & Co. remains an icon for a romantic, fine dining restaurant. Valentine's Day features a special 3-Course prix fixe menu for $79/person, excluding sales tax and gratuity.
Salt & Stone: This iconic Sonoma Valley roadhouse--Kenwood's gathering place--is open and airy, with beautiful outdoor views of the Mayacama mountains. Featuring modern American bistro classics, and specialty cocktails, beer, and wine.
Desserts
Crumbl Cookies: At Crumbl, the cookies are always oversized, gooey, and fresh out of the oven. The bakery staff comes in at 6:00 am every day and continues making fresh dough and frosting around the clock, so customers are guaranteed the freshest selection. Ahead of Valentine's Day, Crumbl Santa Rosa is offering special flavors like Red Velvet White Chip, Nutella Sea Salt, and Birthday Cake for the week leading up to the big day.
